We were honored to be included in the inaugural Tribeca Film Festival N.O.W. program which highlights people who do not get paid for their work…I mean online artists.
Tribeca N.O.W. is a program that discovers and celebrates New Online Work (Get it? It’s one of those fancy anacronyms) from independent storytellers who choose to create and share their work in the online space. Or have no choice in our case.
The list of online creators include those stoners from High Maintenance, Canuck artist Claire Edmondson, Factory Fifteen (but not sixteen), Corridor Digital (it’s a tight space of zeros and ones), Rob Hugel who hates being single in his series I Hate Being Single, filmmaker Matt Lambert, UCB alum Wendy McColm, stop-motion magician Steven Mertens, documentarian Mollie Mills, the ladies of Be Here Nowish, and the web series Hello Cupid not to be confused with the real life series You’re so Stupid.
We are sorry to have ruined the party but so very excited to be invited.
